 <section class="smart-panel"><span class="smart-step-number">1</span><h2>Send completed results to cloud</h2><p>While your phone is on <strong>SSP@OUC</strong>, tap Collect Results. The server downloads <strong>one encrypted file</strong> containing recent unsynchronized, mapped attendance and examination sessions.</p><a class="smart-action" href="{{url_for('phone_relay.collect_phone_results')}}">Collect Results to Phone</a><p class="smart-help">The original results remain safely in the server database. Keep the downloaded file private.</p></section>
 <section class="smart-panel"><span class="smart-step-number">2</span><h2>Switch to mobile internet</h2><p>Open the same Student Smart Portal icon when you have LTE. Choose <strong>Phone Sync</strong> and select the downloaded .ssp file once. The phone stores only encrypted data and retries while the web app stays open.</p><p class="smart-help">An iPhone requires manual file selection; websites cannot inspect Downloads automatically.</p></section>
 <section class="smart-panel"><span class="smart-step-number">3</span><h2>Bring ready quizzes from cloud</h2><p>In the cloud Phone Sync page, download <strong>Ready Quizzes</strong>. Return to the college Wi-Fi, then import that package here.
